Control & requests
Request data deletion
We review requests with the relevant business and verify authority before changing or removing records.
Start by email
Email thumbuh.id@gmail.com with the subject Lean data deletion request.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, or sensitive identity documents.
What to include
- The business or tenant name connected to Lean.
- Your account contact email or another existing business contact reference.
- Your relationship to the business and which records or connected account the request concerns.
- The scope: for example, a specific customer record, conversation history, integration, or the business’s stored data.
If you are a customer of a business using Lean, you may contact that business directly. If you contact us, identify the business so we can help route your request without exposing another customer’s information.
What happens next
- We identify the relevant business and verify your identity and authority through an appropriate contact channel.
- We review the requested scope across relevant CRM records, chat copies, exports, backups, and connected platforms.
- We explain the action taken, any information that must remain, and any steps the business or platform provider needs to complete.
We may need more information to locate records or confirm authority. Please provide only what we request through the agreed channel.
Disconnecting is a separate step
Revoking an integration’s permissions stops future access under those permissions. It does not automatically remove records already copied into the CRM, exports, backups, or other platforms. Tell us if you want both disconnection and a review of stored data.
Limits and retention
Some records may need to remain for operational, accounting, dispute, security, or other applicable requirements. Current chat retention is at least 60 days and some metadata currently has no scheduled deletion date. A deletion request is reviewed against those practices and the relevant business’s instructions.
Backups rotate separately, and external platforms may hold copies we do not directly control. We cannot guarantee universal erasure or one fixed deadline across every system. See the privacy notice for more detail.
