1. Agree on what you need

Contact thumbuh.id@gmail.com with your business name and the reporting or customer-service workflow you want to support. We confirm the service scope and who is authorized to manage the relevant business assets.

2. Confirm the provider before sharing

For Meta-connected setup, the connected app is owned by the Bani Aqiqah business portfolio. The provider portfolio ID is 572444144213045. Confirm this identity with the operator before granting access.

The business owner shares the relevant ad account and dataset with the confirmed provider through Meta’s business settings. Share only the assets and permissions needed for the agreed service. Reporting normally needs permission to view reports; dataset access should be limited to what the agreed connection requires.

3. Exchange configuration securely

The operator will arrange a suitable channel for account identifiers, dataset identifiers, or a test event code when needed. Do not publish these details in a public form, and do not email or post access tokens, passwords, or other credentials.

Optional integrations, such as WhatsApp or Google services, are discussed separately and enabled only for the agreed configuration.

4. Verify before production use

We verify the configured connection and review the intended reporting or event flow with you before production use. Meta production features may depend on platform review, permissions, and account eligibility. A connection is not a promise of platform approval or advertising results.

Customers do not need to create their own Meta app as part of this onboarding guide.
