The service

Lean provides lead analytics and customer-service CRM with operator-assisted setup. Available features and integrations depend on the agreed configuration, account permissions, and platform availability.

The public website describes the service. It does not create a connected account or grant access to your business systems.

Your authority and responsibilities

You must have authority to share business assets and information with Lean. Use the service lawfully and follow the terms of any connected platform. Provide any required notices and obtain the permissions needed to process customer information and send messages.

Do not use the service for unauthorized access, deceptive activity, unlawful messaging, or misuse of another person’s information. Keep account credentials private and notify us if access should be changed or revoked.

Access and integrations

We agree on the scope of access before setup. You remain responsible for your business accounts and the accuracy of information you provide. Third-party platforms control their own permissions, availability, approval processes, and policies.

Production access to Meta features may depend on platform review and account eligibility. Lean does not claim Meta approval or partner status.

Data and retention

The privacy notice describes processing, providers, and retention. Retention varies, and some records may be needed for operational or other applicable requirements. Do not assume that disconnecting an account deletes its stored records.

Use the data deletion process to request review of CRM records, conversations, exports, backups, or connected-platform copies.

Service limits

Reports support your decisions; they are not a guarantee of complete attribution, advertising results, sales, or revenue. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular response time. Platform changes or outages can affect the service.

Commercial arrangements and ending access

Any fees, billing, support commitments, or additional obligations are governed by your existing agreement with the operator. No price is offered by this website.

You can ask to end or change the service through thumbuh.id@gmail.com. We may restrict service where necessary to address unauthorized use, security concerns, or platform requirements. Ending access and deleting stored data are separate actions.
